The 10 Commandments, theLaw, the Blood(old) Covenant, and the Levitical Priesthood were given to the Jews in Exodus 19 through 34. They were not given to Gentiles then or ever.

When Jesus came He fulfilled/completed/finished the Law.  He makes the point of saying He is not destroying the Law, but fulfilling it. Matt 5:17. Following are original Greek meanings of the word fulfill in Matt. 5 :17.satisfy, execute (an office), finish (a period or task)   He made the Old Covenant obsolete. He ushered in a New Covenant by His death burial and resurrection – by His blood. Our righteousness is fulfilled in and by Him. Following are Scriptures that reflect that in the New Testament.

Rom 6:14

14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law, but under grace.

Acts 13:38-40

38 “Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. 39 Through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.

Heb 8:6-7

6 But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises.

7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another.

Heb 8:13

13 By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete ; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

Rom 3:21-22

21 But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe

Rom 10:3-4

4 Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
